I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back!

Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance that set the tone for a memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. A beautiful villa suite of rooms with pool and beach front facilities. Really good food, beer and wine. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who helped to make our stay very special. Highly recommended

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!
