Warm welcome by staff members, rooms were great with an amazing bathtub, view over Vienna, clean and the bar was amazing! Centrally located , highly recommend!

The reception staff was very helpful and kind, forthcoming and efficient and the rooms were quite nice, orderly and with good linens and a good bathroom. Well positioned, just steps from the museum quarter and Mariahilfe Strasse and even closer to the main public transportation network. The best place/price that I’ve found in this area

Very good stay for 3 nights at Levante Hotel. The hotel is very well situated, super close to metro, trams, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hotel itself is very pleasant, better than some other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The only improvements could be higher quality shampoo/conditioner to suit the hotel better, and maybe less music at the hotel restaurant so it is more quiet. Would stay again, staff was all great.

We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I can offer. The pillows were awful; the card next to the bed effectively acknowledges the softness of the pillows and guests are encouraged to contact service for more firm pillows, which we did; however, they were out of firm pillows. The A/C and or fan in the room did not work, overnight it was very hot and stuffy. We went to the restaurant before a symphony, the restaurant at the hotel is one you SHOULD SKIP. Awful food and even worse service. The next morning we left before 7AM two employees at the front desk, two in the restaurant, no one greeted us, no one offered any breakfast. Skip this hotel. For the prices you can do much better in Vienna.

Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it.

Excellent hotel well connected and centrally located
