It was located in the center of Ingye dong so I had an easy access to anywhere in Suwon. The staffs were so kind and professional. They serviced the room everyday nicely. The gym, laundry room and the amusement/business rooms on the 2nd FL were all new and well maintained.

Need to.change carpets in the hallway and more better equipments in the gym.

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Seoul! Great location with easy access to everywhere in the city. We had the view of the temple and it was cool to see everything they do from our window.

Laundry in room extremely convenient when traveling with family. Also great fitness center, wish we had time to use the sauna. Overall great hotel and amenities with friendly and accommodating staff that will help you get to wherever you need.

Clean , quite . Location is not good

Beautiful place to come alone and enjoy a serene atmosphere. Please don’t come if you are in a group or intend to be loud.

The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is relatively old, especially the plumbing. My room was small, but it was a comfortable size for one person. I really appreciated having both a washer & dryer in the room, which made doing laundry convenient. The hotel also has a dedicated laundry floor if needed. There is a gym with a good selection of equipment and a decent amount of space. However, when I visited in June 2026, the A/C wasn't working, so it became quite hot inside. They had a door propped open to improve airflow, but it was still warm. One thing to note is that my hotel bathroom has a notice asking guests not to flush toilet paper, sanitary products, or any foreign objects because the older plumbing can clog easily. If you're from a Western country, disposing of used toilet paper in the provided trash bin instead of flushing it may feel unusual or unsanitary. The bathroom trash can is pretty small, so I had daily housekeeping to empty it, which helped. The bidet in my bathroom wasn't working, and neither was the electrical outlet in the bathroom. Overall, I think the hotel offers reasonable value for the price. However, there are several nearby hotels that cost only slightly more and may provide larger rooms, newer facilities, and plumbing that allows toilet paper which may be preferable if that's what you're accustomed to.
