Great location. Nice clean boutique hotel with friendly staff. Bed is comfortable. Duvet cover on comforter! Not a comforter wrapped in sheets that come off while you’re sleeping like most hotels. This is a nice touch.

Well equipped room .. it had everything we needed. There are a lot of light switches so it’s confusing at night to try to put them all out. AC is good but very noisy. The gym is open 24 hours and is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used.

Wow! The staff at this hotel is so friendly. I was in NYC for 4 days for an event, and they really made me feel like I was leaving and returning home. Don't miss the happy hour. It's a nice way to wind down after a busy day. I got a room with the jetted tub, and it was fabulous. Will definitely be back.

Suite was great for couple and 2 adult kids, ideal spot to walk to park, museums, 30 rock, opera. Attentive staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly, all the areas are very clean, rooms are decent size; great location, walking distance to Time Square and many restaurants. Only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee area wasn’t available throughout the day, just in the morning maybe by 10am. Overall I think this is a good option even though it’s a bit outdated.
