Very disappointing experience at Warwick Brussels.
During our stay, the electricity on our floor went out for almost two hours during the night. We had no air conditioning, no internet, no lights, and basically no electricity at all. We could not sleep properly and it completely ruined the night.
After asking the hotel team several times what was happening, we were eventually told that it was related to a planned upgrade that had gone wrong. What was especially frustrating is that we were placed on a floor affected by these works without any warning beforehand.
Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled made the experience even more disappointing. For the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected much better.
