Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church. Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

What a brilliant value for money property in the heart of Kazimierz. staff have been great and the maids really good and flexible when I had a lie-in to come back a bit later spotless room is incredibly good value for money. I think I paid less than £100 a night and it’s in a great Location and a 20 minute walk into the centre of the old town highly recommended 👍

This hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The decor at the hotel was stunning. Was in a really good area where bars and restaurants all around. Comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice.

This hotel was beautiful in the heart of the downtown. 1 minute from the downtown the breakfast was amazing I would stay here again in a second.

A nice hotel well located on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance to most places of interest, bars and restaurants. Very clean and probably renovated recently. Nice to have the options of freshly cooked eggs, etc at breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Across three nights bedlinen and towels were only changed twice. Apparently its not automatic and there was a button we were supposed to press? Staff very pleasant but maybe clearer instructions in room or at checkin would help. Overall a good stay in a comfortable hotel.

Great location for exploring the city! The spa/pool was an added bonus.

There is not enough words to praise the staff and management. All of them they made our stay memorable and superb. Thank so much for it. Also the card and small gift for my birthday it was a one of the kind. I travel lots and most of the time I am away on my birthday but it was first time when staff and management wished me happy birthday. I will definitely back to you on my next trip to Krakow
