Good location, clean rooms, a good place to spend a day recovering from your journey. Fumicino itself is a bit run down and lacks some services but there is a bus to Ostia which takes 15 minutes or some each way.

The hotel & lobby were beautiful. The room was ok. The view was amazing.

Room was dated. We asked for an attraction view which we didn’t get. The tub had hair in it when we arrived. The handle on the bathroom faucet was broken and water was dripping. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options. The staff at Hotel Riu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with prompt responses to any needs and a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Riu for anyone looking to enjoy the energy of Times Square while experiencing top-notch hospitality. I would definitely stay there again during my next trip to NYC!
