This hotel is very clean and in a great location

Room is large and clean and ammenities were excellent. Only one minor issue with numbers of English speaking TV channels. The breakfast was the best we have had in many years of traveling.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always welcoming and helpful, the included breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn't be much better. It's very central, and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The only small drawback for me was that I have dust-mite sensitivities, which affected my comfort a bit. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town.
