The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel at Sofia Airport. The air conditioning in the first room we were given did not work, despite the outside temperature being 34°C. We were then moved to a second room, where not only did the air conditioning not work, but there was also a malfunctioning toilet that caused the entire room to smell bad. The third room finally had working air conditioning and smelled clean and pleasant. However, the bathroom door could not be closed because it was badly warped, apparently due to mold and moisture. At that point, we had no choice but to move yet again. In the fourth room, there was still mold all over the bathroom door, although at least the air conditioning and other basic amenities were functioning. Having to move between four rooms during one stay is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a Premier property. The repeated maintenance issues, mold, unpleasant odors, and lack of properly functioning air conditioning made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

I love everything about this property. The staff was friendly and great. The room amazing and also the lobby and I love that smell in the lobby.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is great and the staff very helpful. Breakfast has variety of food.

I found Dirty sheets, also if the room was cleaned.

Excellent hotel! Very practical with good breakfast, clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Shops nearby. Close to city center. 30 minutes walk to Vitosha Street where there are restaurants, shops etc
