Excellent location close to the old city with several dining and shopping options close by. Several unique varieties of breakfast items and extremely courteous breakfast staff were easily the highlight of the stay. Room was quiet, small but adequate. Bed was too soft. 2 electrical sockets in the room were not functioning. Bathroom was not clean upon check in, which was totally unacceptable. At the time of check out, the receptionist did not ask as to how was the stay ?

Great central location to all the sights of Zagreb. Reasonable breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean and quite spacious room. Bit noisy at night as it is on a pedestrianised street with lots of restaurants but once the windows are closed, it’s very quiet!

The property was in a great location and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was average nothing special and I found that it was misleading that a spa service was included as it was basically access to a sauna and hot tub. Also the included dinner although good it was very restrictive and did not include all the meals off the menu which was also misleading.

Admiral was one of the best hotels we have stayed - the room, the amenities, staff, all around. the staff was friendly & professional. Nice to stay at a classical and traditional place. Little smokey from bar & casino though. Great place!!

The air conditioning did not work in our room and the staff tried very hard to rectify the problem without success so they ended up moving us to another room. They were very apologetic and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The breakfast was amazing as well as the staff. The location of the hotel was perfect and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
