Many things in the hotel needs renovation, the staff in the lobby doesn’t speak English well, and the service is very slow. The elevator is very scary and the rooms are not isolated well.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great location and the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, the price of the room is very affordable.

Great location with great views. If you don’t mind bring a giant hotel with waits for breakfast and elevators, you will love it. Roof top bar is amazing and staff is so kind. However, for the price I expected more. Rooms are basic. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Room decor, super basic, almost motel like. So come for those other reasons if you don’t mind the negative things I mentioned.

Fantastic staff who were attentive from the moment you arrived to departure. The concierge was also excellent with some great recommendations. The roof top bar was fabulous with views to the palace and the cathedral. The only negative was the price of the hotel breakfast but there are plenty of fabulous spots to go outside the hotel . This is a truly fabulous hotel but what sets it apart is its staff.
