Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

Great place to stay in Kowloon. Conveniently located, with transportation and things to do nearby.

The room is spacious and washroom is big. However, the room is impossible to accommodate family of 4 unless your kids are under 4 or 5 years old because the single bed is small. I would suggest hotel should mention about that. Otherwise, people think it can really accommodate 4 people. But we appreciated that during our stays, the hotel offered us an extra bed.

The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating. The rooms were clean and very nice. The grounds were clean and attractive.

I only had issues with them taking a $1500HKD deposit rather than simply a print of my Credit Card, but it was immediately returned to my account at the end of my stay. Also my non-smoking room still had the scent of cigarettes. However, location is fantastic… close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of it all.

Small room but everything in good working order. Nice location.

We arrived early as we were coming from a cruise ship. The taxi took us to what looked like a back lane. We passed by many closed bars and restaurants. We found a sign for the Perkin Hotel between 2 bars. The hotel starts on the 5th floor. Once we found the Perkin Hotel it was great. They don’t have a restaurant but offer muffins, coffee, tea and water in the lobby. We booked the Honeymoon Suite because it had a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and clean. The staff were very helpful and we got fresh towels everyday. We were right next door to a huge mall. It is walking distance to the waterfront and the Temple Street Night Market. We had dinner at an Indian restaurant in the next building that was great. We couldn’t hear any noise from the downstairs bars. The location turned out to be fantastic. And the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
