***PARKING*** The unit in tower D is very spacious and comfortable, All equipment works; the a/c, hot shower, running water, fridge, microwave and washer were perfect. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The amenities however is a bit hassle. You only have access to the pool but you have to register each time you have to use it (per day) also you have to pay per person. No access to the gym. And my other problem was, no designated parking. You can find parking only during 9am to 9pm during Mall business hours and you PAY per hour. I couldnt rent a car due to NO Parking designation. So before you consider this property take note, there is no overnight parking. Overall, I like the unit we stayed in, the area was safe and everything is walkable. But not the amenities and the parking situation. I probably will caution my friends to come to this place.

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Clean facilities, friendly staff were a plus. But breakfast menu was very limited with some of the items not available and the pool in the photo belongs to the property next door! Booked junior suite but there was loud noise from the road so we moved to another, quieter room. It’s a long way from the centre of town and the busy road has no paths.

The property only provided us with 4 towels when I reserved it for 7 guests. There was no enough plates, utensils and cups to use. No hand soap provided. The bedsheet was dirty and stained with red and no extra sheets provided. The bathroom has a glass wall connecting to the main room without covers or blind or curtains and you can clearly see the person taking a shower inside, no privacy at all! But otherwise, the owner is easy to talk to and was helpful to an extent. Our room was on 10th floor.
