The overall experience at the Riad was excellent. The property is just off the main medina road in a hidden alleyway but staff will accompany me to the Main Street if needed Ahmed, Mohammed and Yousef were very helpful and welcoming. Ahmed speaks different languages so it was very easy to communicate with him. His friendliness and willingness are above and beyond. Breakfast was served promptly and you can choose from different local specialties. Room was clean and comfy. I will definitely recommend.

The room was really nice and big. It’s a beautiful, well maintained property. Walking distance to big square and the big market, Bahia palace the big mosque. Great options for breakfast. Shower pressure was great which matters to us.

Stayed here for 5 nights and I enjoyed every bit of it. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and property well maintained. Fatima and the rest of the staff were very helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet and it is a walking distance from the souks.

They close the water slides from 12:30pm till 3pm which kills the day. The weather is very hot and kids would benefit from water slides during that important time frame. Merci

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...

The staff were very welcoming right from the moment we were picked up from the airport. They answered all our questions and requests promptly. Huge breakfast portions! Amanner. Also, highly recommend trying the freshly squeezed orange juice.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, staff was accommodating. The riad itself was beautiful, would very much recommend
