Clean, great customer service. Most importantly we felt safe. Would definitely stay again and again!!

The villa was clean and well appointed. There was comfortable space for four adults though the lounge became somewhat cramped when the fifth adult arrived. There was a sense of safety and security at all times, which was welcome. Everything worked! Though rather removed from the beach there was easy access nonetheless. Other amenities were a short drive away. The corner deli, Scotchies for jerk delights and the petrol station. The highway and Ocho Rios proper were also easily accessible.

Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day.

Room clean, bedding clean amenities good one stained towel not good,, bathroom needed a better finish eg polish, shower seal to show came away allowing water to flow on the floor slip hazard, balcany furniture needed cleaning not cleaned after make over. Tv did not work for the whole stay visited by atleast 9 maintenace men still no joy, coffee maker did not work after attempt with 3 coffee machines it was the socket faulty. The staff overall where very polite and tried to assist, bar staff great. No general information in bedroom everything allegedly on app. This was not successful for me incorrect info given to access wifi, correct info given 4 days later. Several teething issues spoiled the experience. Friday evening 3rd april theatre was fab. Room service was good when used. The grand reopening could of been much better. A beautifull room and hotel i just wish there was less teething issues, i would go again in the belief these issues was due too wanting to reopen after storm malissa and help staff earn money too feed their families. Do not sign up for H10 promotion event, it is a scam to get you to sign up for their membership and will be a waste of your time. Do not go to the local shops at beachside, it felt unsafe with people doing drugs and smoking. Food was good most of the days with vegetarian options at the buffet. La Locanda was the best Italian restaurant, we ended up eating there twice. Thali was okay, the quantity of food was minimal, and the service was really bad. Would definitely recommend to other people.
