Undoubtedly the nicest Hotel I have stayed in. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were to a high standard and the Hotel was in a great position to explore the City

The to was beautiful, modern but charming. The service was exceptional and the location central but quiet, and very walkable to the main many touristic attractions We loved this hotel and recommend it strongly

The room was very nice and spacious. Check in could have been more courtesy. No info was offered about amenities, ie the spa. We did not get the beds booked but made due. The shower was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to. On the plus side the lounge was lovely, food excellent and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very delicious.

The front desk staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We were given a room upgrade and free glass of wine upon arrival. Extremely satisfied with the quality of this hotel and it's staff.

Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

Incredible staff - friendly and helpful. Exec lounge and spa very worth paying the extra to use. Breakfast was a great highlight!

Loved everything from the decor to the location, service and amenities.

I mean 10s across the board. It was a really great place. Great location in Budapest that was quiet enough but amongst the action too. Was very safe and the staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Would certainly stay again!
