The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!! The rooms were clean and roomy. They had wine waiting for us and 2 nice glasses. We arrived a little earlier than checkin but 2 of our 3 rooms were ready which was super convenient. The breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast we had all week!!! The staff was knowledgeable and kind. This hotel was outstanding and everyone in our party loved it!

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

Overall fantastic stay. There was a clicking noise heard almost every night and morning. Sounded like it could have been the heating or a generator somewhere in the building but it got quite loud at times.

Beware. All the photos of the rooms appear to be the one large apartment at the top of a lot of stairs. My room did have a nice view of the water but was cramped. I traveled alone and stayed four nights. I was given one pillow and one hand and one bath towel. There was no place to hang the towels to dry. No place to open suitcase except on the sofa. There was a small table and two chairs. I had to keep moving the table around to access kitchenette or window or bathroom. Portable rack for hanging coats and shirts. It either blocked kitchen or bathroom. Mattress was comfortable but after a very unprofessional check-in (I had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the check in form. I got a confusing explanation of my room and the code. A full 24 hours After I checked in I got the proper email with better instructions) Shower floor very slippery. No soap or shampoo. You are over a restaurant which fortunately is not open late but can get noisy. Place is right off the stairs of the Charles Bridge. Great location. But the room just felt hostile. The bedframe is solid wood larger than the mattress by about four inches all round. Easy to bruise your shins. And only one overhead light and one bedside light. Ok for me but this room —with a bed large enough for two— would have been very difficult for two people to navigate. Scuffed parquet floors I can forgive. The stains on the sofa and the sketchy area rug seemed a little less than inviting.

The hotel was great! The location was perfect couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was wonderful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more.
