Our go to place to stay in DC. The rooms are big and clean, the restaurant is excellent but the friendly staff is what takes the experience to the very top. You’re a short walk from either the White House or DuPont Circle. Five star service

The location is great and the rooms are good but the service was disappointing. The front desk staff came across as snobby and unwelcoming. Simple questions were met with snappy responses, which made it feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped. There was also a basic billing issue that the staff could not handle properly. Breakfast was included in my rate, but it was not reflected correctly on the bill. It took two phone calls and then an in-person conversation to get it fixed, which should not have been necessary. The restaurant service was not much better. The waitstaff seemed to avoid eye contact and were hard to get help from. Overall, the property itself is solid but the attitude of the staff and the difficulty fixing a simple billing issue left a poor impression.

What a wonderful staff! The location is fantastic but the staff were engaged, thoughtful, and super friendly. The facility is well thought out and a great perch for meetings

We spent one night only. This Hotel did not disappoint. Kudos to the door guy with the locks. He was so pleasant and had a smile with every opening and closing of the door. It was a joy to see.

I think service was the most disappointing at front desk and restaurant . The host Also , we ended up going to Riggs for breakfast one morning because the breakfast menu was very mediocre and eating it for 3 days in a row got very old . Dinner menu is not bad but also only if you eat there once , they don’t even offer daily specials that would add a little variety .

Everything was great except there being no microwave in my room.

The room and bathroom is spacious. Very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Climate control worked perfectly and was quiet. Staff is very helpful. My only negative is the lack of instructions on how to use the parking garage and directions to reach lobby.

Not nearly as great as it used to be. Needs a remodel. No actual bell services. Minimal valet assistance.

The room was very nice and clean. It made me want to stay longer. Love the view especially floor to ceiling windows. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. We will be returning to this location.

Понравилось расположение, очень близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Хороший завтрак и обслуживание в ресторане. Номер чистый. Не понравилось: ванна в номере. Дашь находится прям в комнате и отделен только полупрозрачной дверью. После принятия душа чтобы одеться ты должен выйти в коридор и комнату! Свет включается только общий. Это значит что когда я встала утром и хотела принять душ пока моя семья спала, я должна либо включить свет и тогда он будет светить всем, либо мыться в темноте! Очень не удобно.
