The staff was amazing! I had a great experience staying here. From the customer service to the spa experience to the room service and everything else! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Karon, Phuket.

The staff went out of their way to address every request we made, and was very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The pools were very nice.

It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done!

The staff was great amazing

So many good things could be said about Nap Patong -- the food, the gorgeous style of the building, the rooms and suites themselves. However what stood out to me was the willingness of the front desk staff to perform all sorts of small tasks to make life easier.

While the property overall was great. I there were a lot of ants in our room throughout our time. Otherwise , room was cleaned daily and the property overall was beautiful.
