We had a fabulous stay at The Pinnacle on the Pier for a week whilst celebrating my husbands 50th birthday where we recieved a unexpected upgrade after a passport check, the service for a amazing from the start, no unexpected charges where some reviews have stated, just a full refunded security deposit of $50 per day per room. Lovely spacious room, with a view of the water and Vancouver skyline, probably the best we've ever slept, such a comfortable bed.
The location was excellent with walkable access to the water taxi to downtown taking only 12 minutes to cross, a extremely regular service.
We generally ate out and about on our travels but we did enjoy one evening meal during our stay and it was amazing, and at a great price.
Would definitely use this hotel again, I have no negatives.

This hotel was very good. I had a lovely room with separate lounge and full kichen. I ate twice in the restaurant which was very good. I also used the coffee shop several times which was also very good. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. Not just front of house and restaurant staff, but evertone. The house keeper on my floor and maintenance folk i met in the elevator, all were friendly and pleasant.

All round great stay - really nicely sized room: loved the enormous bath and the gas fire. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the shuttle staff were super helpful too. Really great stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough.
