House keeping came in but didn’t clean the room. The toilet paper was removed and never replaced. I advised the front desk and they never sent house keeping. Also the lights when you enter the room didn’t work in multiple rooms. The refrigerator didn’t work either.

The jacuzzi in the room was terrible. Many, many times I tried but could not get it to work. Maintenance came multiple times, but they too had a hard time getting it to work.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riu. The staff were friendly and attentive; the hotel was lovely. Rooms were clean and modern, with city views. Breakfast was amazing. They had a spa and service out front for taxis so very convenient. There was a mall nearby although we did not go. The only negative was the pool area was closed off and unavailable to guests and the shower could do with some updating but they said they were renovating and I would definitely stay there again. Great location and hotel.

La Compania is truly special. The service is friendly and cheerful. The restaurants and bar provide high quality options that are creative and beautifully presented. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are lovely. Check-in was easy. There was a lovely note welcoming us with pertinent information. A stay at La Compania is a delight and I can’t wait to return!

Incredible stay at the Waldorf. Staff was next level. In a super walkable neighborhood, impeccable studio suite with ocean view. All around amazing.
