We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of.

Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit outside to get some fresh air. The staff were very nice.

What a spectacular and magical way to end my three week stay in Japan. This is an incredible hotel to luxuriate and enjoy the quiet setting and beautiful garden. Absolutely heavenly dinner and breakfast at Miyuki restaurant. The Tokyo moon/Sea of clouds exhibit and the garden itself is reason for staying. Large capacious rooms and comfortable beds. Only thing I was sad about is that I wasn't sure how to communicate to accept the turndown service and the newspaper. But beautiful property. Not central location for sightseeing but excellent for unwinding and restful enjoyment.

A great option for Haneda airport, I only stayed one night but I have to say that the staff were exceptional and helpful. They offered me free transport to the airport and explained everything. I actually used the subway which only took 10 to 15 minutes to get to T3 including walking time. Room was one of the largest I had on this Japan tournament as well... highly recommend
