Sensui Island Waterpark Vacations

This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station depending on the room you're staying in given you contact them at least three days in advance. Although our Shinkansen was unexpectedly delayed by two hours due to rain/lightning, they patiently waited for our arrival and did not leave us stranded. Perhaps the only downside was that we only stayed two nights as I felt we could've done with some more downtime and taking advantage of the amenities including the bikes and SUPs. I hope to return again soon, staying for a longer time next time. Thank you Marissa Resort for giving us an incredible and memorable vacation!

The view on river was good. Accessibility to transportation was good but quiet. Size of bathroom was fine.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Great location for travelling as the main station is just 2 minutes away from the hotel (they are actually connected). While we liked the hotel, we found the breakfast in the executive lounge was limited so we decided to use the main restaurant which had a lot more variety. Also the gym was very small for such a large hotel. That said, the lounge had a good array of drinks and snacks available, and the staff were very attentive. The front desk area was also very impressive. This is a very good hotel and we also found it very convenient for transportation options around the city and beyond.

Was nice, room was good and TV had good options + good aircon .

The room was not very clean (dust in bathroom and on carpet) Location is excellent though. Could use some renovation within the rooms
