8.2/10 Very Good! (228 reviews)
Clean room, comfortable and lots of space, however we had a complicated check in (may have been on us, but there was confusion) not many amenities and very scary elavator.

9/10 Wonderful! (111 reviews)
The staff were extremely helpful. The chef on staff is excellent. I ate breakfast there twice and enjoyed it so much. He even prepared a sandwich for me because my outgoing flight was early.
The location was great. Zagreb is very walkable and many of the highlights were not far away. I will readily recommend this place to friends.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (103 reviews)
Breakfast at the hotel was amazing! Definitely recommend adding it when booking. Location was ideal for seeing tourist sights in Zagreb. Room was great, nice big bathroom, comfy bed.
