Private parking lot attached to the hotel is very convenient. Room was very nice and staff accommodating and very helpful. Hotel is beautiful and situated in a convenient location. Breakfast was very good. We would stay at a Eurostar branded hotel in the future.

Super endroit. Possible de faire de faire à pied plusieurs points d’intérêt à proximité de 15-20 minutes. L’alhambra est cependant à plus de 35 minutes du secteur et pas facile à pied compte tenu des montées. Je recommande pour l’ensemble

The entrance and location of this hotel were impressive right from arrival. We were greeted by a lovely woman named Lydia (I believe that was her name), who was wonderful and went out of her way to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't consistent — another staff member who was in charge when Lydia wasn't there seemed to spend most of his time on his phone, and never once acknowledged us coming or going. We were genuinely relieved that Lydia was there by the end of our stay to leave us with a good final impression. The property itself has a lot of potential. It's clean and spacious, though the decor was a bit disappointing and could use some updating. That said, our view from the terrace on room #9 was breathtaking — easily the highlight of the stay. We booked this as the last room available, and even so, it was priced well below many other hotels in Ronda offering comparable views. With a bit more investment in the decor - and plumbing (shower seemed to overflow a bit) this place could easily justify charging significantly more than it does now. At the end of the day, you're staying here for the view and the experience, and on both counts, it delivered. We saved some money and got a stunning view — happy we chose it.

Hotel older than expected but it was maintained well. Front staff was friendly but housekeeping was not great. Stayed two nights - first night there was no blanket on the beds and only a sheet. Second night a duvet was placed on our beds but not inserted into a duvet cover - the uncovered duvet went on top of our beds and then the duvet cover was just placed on top. Towels were not refreshed and I could tell sinks were not cleaned. Location of the hotel was actually pretty far from the central area so expect lots of walking even if you plan on taking public transportation.

In the listing it states that there is a bar, which there is NOT, there is no directions about the pool which is over 250m away from the property out in a field. Which was ok if they would install signage. Grounds were ok but need maintenance
