Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

A convenient place to stay for Zürich airport. Good sized and comfortable room. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Great option if you have a flight out of Zurich the next morning as we did.

Rooms are dated. Elevator service was odd. We could not access the floor our children were on without going to the lobby

We had reserved two rooms for our family months in advance. When we arrived after the 3:00 PM check-in time, only one of the two rooms was available. We had to wait close to one hour for the second room. Then, the next day we came back to the hotel in the afternoon and our key would not open one of the two rooms, so we had to go down to the front desk. The people there said that they had to run our credit card again, even though we had already used the card to pay for the entire stay. Throughout our interactions with the front desk people they were easily confused and appeared to be undertrained.

Great location overlooking Lake Zurich with a wonderful terrace. Food was delicious, dinner and breakfast offered lots of fresh choices. We booked their sunset cruise which was a nice way to spend our evening, a little pricey but it was nice to see the waterfront this way.

The 25hours Hotel in Zurich has a fun, bohemian vibe and plenty of character. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary bike rental was a real highlight. Zurich is an exceptionally bike-friendly city, and exploring on two wheels turned out to be one of the best parts of our stay. There were, however, several drawbacks. The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, which made the room uncomfortable during the warmer weather, and the lack of a Smart TV was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy compared with other areas of Zurich and lacked appealing dining options. One evening, we were seated at a nearby restaurant only to be completely ignored for almost 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Overall, while the hotel’s quirky design and bike program are definite positives, the location and lack of some basic comforts detracted from the experience. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Zurich, we would likely explore other hotel options.

The hotel is located in very nice location that is hard to beat. Upscale restaurants, designer shops around, short walk to the old town district and 2 blocks from the lake. The hotel shows age, but the bathroom was remodeled. The A/C unit kept up with very high temperatures outside. The restaurant in the hotel served very good breakfast buffet and was open for dinners. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

Staff very helpful...allowed early check-in...explained where things were in the neighborhood. Great stay!

Great location! Good breakfast. Close to train station and Old Town Zurich. The only thing is that it does not have air conditioning and it was hard to sleep since the room was hot and humid.
