Kalimantan Waterpark Vacations

First off I was greeted very nicely by the front desk . Made to feel welcome. Then upon entering the room there was my photo and personal greeting on the TV . Wow was I surprised..never in the 25 years of traveling around the world havevi ever seen this as well as a note from the Big Boss. You sold me right there.. the room was laid out Well, bed very comfortable, nice view of Samarinda from the window also Breakfast was well laid out, plentiful selections and hot pancakes really were enjoyable.. The Dayak Music was nice added bonus. The bar on the 9th floor was nice place to sit and chill at night and chll at night

Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in

Rooms were clean with a ton of space. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Hospitality staff were always eager to serve and went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied. Shout out to Ojan and Rizkhi. I will be returning without a doubt.
