What I liked is how it is in within walking distance to eating establishments. Wonderful selection of food for the buffet breakfast.

The decor is excellent and location was fantastic for Spark Arena event. Quiet, private and comfortable bed. Rooms are cozy. For our stay we found the staff helpful, but not quite to the standard that we expected for a hotel with this reputation. Little things like opening doors proactively and clunky room service ordering took the shine off what would have been a fantastic stay. Also save yourself the $70 parking charge and park yourself overnight at Britomart which is a 5 minute walk for $24 instead. Would have loved a sauna, spa or pool as well!

Shower had excellent pressure, but the room was very cold, blinds do not block out the light, and the building wasn't in the best repair.

They make you pay before you stay (different to other QT hotels). Some basic amenities missing in the room, were brought by reception. My PJs, which I left under my pillow, were literally left in a ball on the bed. Clean room on arrival, but cleaning during the stay left much to be desired. Odd bathroom doors, would not want to be sharing a room with anyone…

This hotel mentioned there is parking but it is not a free parking, only valet parking available. You cannot expect good sound proof room, there were noise from street and from hallway. However i still enjoyed this place. I would stay longer to enjoy hotel facilities next time.
