Amazing hotel.. room was cleaned to high standard everyday.. staff very polite . The place was brillant for kids with slides and food was top class .

We enjoyed our room and all the 'Mod Cons'. Staff were always helpful and polite. Very convenient facilities. Only downside was the pool looking bigger in the picture and the reserving sin beds seemed unfair.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical. What stood out most was the exceptional service — every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location in Tenerife is fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and overall experience. A truly memorable holiday, and we would happily return and recommend it to friends and family!

Great clean room I asked for lower floor was given it reception staff were amazing loved breakfast was well worth the money
