This hotel is great! We had the suit room 1309 on top floor. Very spacious for family of 4. To get an additional room was very cheap but we preferred to stay together. Breakfast had good options from trad Japanese to pizza made fresh in huge pizza oven. Hotel was super clean and nothing was worn or damaged. Let down is no gym or lounge facilities. We would definitely stay here again no doubt

Great location. The service was excellent. Breakfast was the best we have had in Japan. The public bath was beautiful. The location is so central to everything. Would stay again.

The hotel was very nice and classy. We loved the space and the view from our room. Staff was very nice and the concierge was helpful.
Very impressed by the buffet breakfast and also loved the Japanese style breakfast. Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko and would highly recommend to others.
