Mauban Waterpark Vacations

The property is ocean-facing with a stunning view of Manila Bay. The unit itself was beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Mel, the local host. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me and my group, and her kindness really stood out. The only small challenge was parking—there’s just one space for all the units on a first-come, first-served basis, which wasn’t clearly noted. Even then, Mel stepped in right away and went the extra mile to help my coworkers secure street parking. Thanks to her, everything worked out smoothly!

Such an amazing hotel. Excellent customer service. Travelled with family and rented two rooms, palace suite. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Too many roaches. You cut the light off. It’s over roaches everywhere

The staff and the property is superb, we will definitely come back here in the future.

Decent rooms. Staff didn’t seem to know how to handle short term guests. Credit card processor didn’t work. Had to find cash. Too far to walk anywhere so alway had to take Grab

Great hotel & the staff was so nice and polite.

Overall i enjoyed my vacation the only thing need to improved is the wifi connection

The restaurant staffs are helpful. the food is homey and delicious. the room is clean. I felt a little stuffy though.
