Barolong Waterpark Vacations

The hotel grounds and room are clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful, they went above and beyond when we needed something printed late at night for the next morning. The hotel food and beverage credit was helpful. The only negative is parking at the hotel is the most expensive in the area. We returned our car after one night, so we didn't have to pay for the full week. But they are upfront about it and suggested parking at the garden walk for half the price of we wanted. Lots of places to eat nearby as well! Walk for he parks is easy and around 12 min right to the front of security. Also you are able to take the toy story shuttle for free and walk about 6 min to the hotel from there. Very convenient. Overall we will return for sure our next visit. We love this hotel.

Amazing location. The staff was extremely friendly.

Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and clean. The pool is next to the freeway, down a set of stairs. It is very nice, has good seating, however it is below the dumpsters for the kitchen and the lids for the dumpster were open and hanging over the lounge chair area. We were concerned we'd end up under a bag of trash while laying out.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever visited! Service and amenities were over the top! Wonderful stay!

Breakfast is a little pricey with two coffees coming in at $14, and the drainage in the shower was pretty poor, creating a pool. Other than that, the place is spectacular.

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.
