Convenient hotel for me, fairly modern, comfortable and good value

We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area.

We enjoyed every second of our stay. The staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic. Highly recommended.

A family feel- which is important to me! Loved the neighborhood it was in!

We absolutely loved the property, our room, the dining, and the wine tasting. Only cons I would say are that the check in process was very difficult, it taking about an hour between arrival and getting to our room, and the process was confusing. We even had a Georgian-speaking guide that was helping us. We were also given the wrong room, which was an honest mistake that they fixed, but we would have like to be able to enjoy the property much sooner. As a side note, don't stress about restaurant or winery reservations. If you're staying at the property, popping in was very easy, and we loved both.
