Excellent Hotel, very centrally located near all the restaurants and place to visit :)

The staff was super helpful and always happy to help. There was a nice lobby area with games and food / drinks for purchase. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy too! The only thing is they have an open shower and water gets everywhere. I'd still stay again if in need of a hotel in the area. At least the shower wasn't teeny tiny. But, you'll need an extra towel to leave on the floor to soak up all the water.

Disappointing stay not what we expected from a 5-star hotel Unfortunately, our stay fell far below the standard we expected. The biggest issues were cleanliness and a persistent unpleasant, public-bathroom-like smell that we noticed from the entrance/escalator area through our floor and into the room. The bathroom in particular never felt properly clean, even after we told the front desk and got housekeeping, with visible grime and residue around several fixtures and shower areas. The TV also did not work properly, and the overall condition and amenities did not feel consistent with a 5-star property. One particularly odd service experience was receiving complimentary cookies at check-in, only for housekeeping to remove them from our room the following day. the cleanliness, odour, maintenance and overall experience were disappointing enough that I would not choose to stay here again. I’m sharing this so future guests know what our experience was before booking, go elsewhere do not waste your time here.

My stay here was great! Housekeeping came by every day with clean sheets and towels, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that the sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Other than that, the staff was very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The property was overall clean, and I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. It is also very close to the airport and about 15–20 minutes from the city center. Overall, I had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel The staff was so helpful - wonderful restaurant/ beautiful room but the water never got above lukewarm.
