Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good

Clean, great customer service, no charges for early arrival they kept my bags and when it was time to check in they moved them to the assigned room. Also, when it was time to leave the order a taxi for me. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff was extremely helpful and showed us to our room. Since the bed was set up as a double I had to split it in to a twin no big deal due to our late arrival...but I found hair in the bed and on the mattress covers. The curtain in the room were stained and dirty..I did find the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. The property needs a bit of updating in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff again was so kind and helpful but for sure small details in the room were missed.

My family of five stayed in two rooms at this hotel in May 2026. In the United States, we typically stay at midscale hotel brands, so the price of this hotel fit comfortably within our budget for Italy. Convenient access to rail transportation was a major factor in our hotel selection, and this property is within walking distance of the Marconi station, making it easy to get around Rome. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe throughout our stay. The furnishings and décor were modern, stylish, and well-coordinated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One small detail I particularly enjoyed was the EDM music playing in the lobby, which made waiting for my family of teenage girls to get ready for our daily adventures a little more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I return to Rome in the future, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
