Great location, room facilities and breakfast.

Room clean but very warm. Some works were ongoing but caused little disruption. Will stay again.

Standard Mercure. Area not great but close to railway station. Very clean and tidy

The Warwick was a beautiful hotel located near cafes and a short walk to the Grand Plaza. Our room was large with two televisions and a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with great soft pillows. The staff was amazing.. very accommodating. I will definitely return.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

No A/C. No phone in the room to call lobby or room service. No accountability. No help from staff. Didn't clean the room twice. Horrible experience. Location is not as advertised either. Very sketchy at night, so come back before dark. See pictures: an open "bathroom", right downstairs, at the corner of the steet.

Very friendly staff. They let me check in early and were welcoming and helpful in every interaction.

Great location. Tram station infront of hotel. Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms. With free WiFi and AC. Bus stop 2 mins walk. Definitely will come again . 100% recommend. Receptionist was very lovely lady. Thank you sooo much

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Collection Hotel! The amenities were great and very modern, will stay there all over again when in the city .
