A nice, clean, and well-equipped apartment close to the old town and to the Inter-university Center where I attended a conference. AC works fine, which is very important, since Dubrovnik gets quite hot during the summer. WiFi’s speed was a bit unstable. Also, one needs to know that the hot water in the shower lasts for approximately 10 minutes (which is typical for places that have their own water heater), so

The location is very convenient, with shops nearby, and unlike many other accommodations in the area, there aren’t many steps to climb, which made getting in and out much easier.
The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom is a little dated, and the electric towel dryer did not work during our stay. The kitchen could also be better stocked with basic supplies such as paper towels.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially because of the convenient location and easy access.
