The staff who greeted us were nice but the thing that made me give 3 stars is for their booking services. It wasn’t stated on the ad for the North Wing room that it wasn’t accessible or no elevators for the room, instead, what was written if it’s accessible or not is “tile flooring”. They should change the ad to avoid misunderstanding. My family loved the resort though, it was peaceful and quiet and the staff there were nice too.

Muddy water coming out of the faucet in bath tub

"We stayed in south wing pool view with bath tub.. Rooms 102, 103 and 104. The water in the bath tub faucets in the 3 rooms are muddy. We need to pass to narrow aisle to reach our rooms. The aisle is always flooding whenever it rains. No access on the pool and the pool view is blocked by plants.. ..."
