Overall, the hotel is clean and the beds are small ,but it's just to come back and sleep. The whole day you should be out exploring Paris and eating different food. Slippers, hair caps, and extra amendities you need to ask if you want them not given to you when you walk into the room. This hotel is a farther away from the city and there is a lot of walking you book this hotel. I recommend a hotel near the city more so its easier to travel back and forth to drop off stuff. This hotel is 30 minutes -45 min away from Paris city. The area around the hotel is not bad ,but not the greatest. Lots of gyro types of restaurants. I believe it is people from Turkey type of people

Friendly staff and fantastic location

Well located hotel convenient to metro stop with some mini markets as well as some nice bars/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for our stay. We stayed in Room 501( just opposite the lift, though no problem with noise, and could get a good night's rest). The room very clean and comfortable with extra large bed and tastefully decorated with a nice Parisienne vibe.

A lovely boutique hotel with very welcoming staff who went out of there way to help. The central location made it easy to get around Paris. We had a standard room which was a bit tight on space especially as we were travelling with 2 large suitcases but very clean with modern facilities

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast gave a wide variety of food for everyone. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel. Rooms were super clean, the Service was impeccable, and the best part was the concierge, Nicholas. What a five star man is. He knows Paris very well. I used him several times to give me places to go for dinner at the shop.. It seemed that he learned about us very quickly and was able to do breakfast to places that fit our lifestyle. The French cuisine in the restaurant was awesome. We loved it so much that we ended up eating there instead of the million other places throughout Paris. Five star all the way. Thank you so much for producing amazing memories for my fiancé and me.

What a beautiful property - I stayed here for fashion week and absolutely adored every part of it. Make sure you book the spa for a private hour - amazing!

The hotel is nice and well-located. It is under renovation, so walking around the property was a bit uncomfortable.

Our stay at the Gramont was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel is very centrally located, close to big boulevards, monuments, department stores, and a short walk from metro stations. It is close to lots of busy restaurants and bars while at the same time being on a quiet and calm section of the street. It’s a lively neighborhood and still feels safe. If you’re a fan of Asian food, you will find many Japanese and Korean restaurants and snack bars, as well as more traditional French cuisine. For us the location was perfect. Our room was spotless, sheets and towels immaculate. We arrived too early to check in and the receptionist took care of our luggage while we started exploring the city. When we returned our bags were already in our room. We were delighted to find that our room had a small terrace overlooking the street and the Paris rooftops. We found the staff to be friendly, discreet and reliable. We had a small issue with the drain in the shower on the first day - it was fixed by the time we returned to the hotel. They gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and took care of reserving our taxi for the flight home. Wifi was reliable - we had no issues at all. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast but we started each morning with a complimentary cappuccino or espresso - there is a coffee machine in the lobby. The 2nd arrondissement was perfect for us first-time visitors to Paris. The hotel was perfect and helped make our stay magical. Thanks Gramont!

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

I had made a mistake and made two booking for the same trip - the Hotel has a policy where a refund was not available - however their communication was good and as the error was mine and not theirs the policy was upheld, Would not stop me from booking with them again
