Room was clean and was great for what we needed.

The breakfast the first morning was a bit chaotic. There was a large group of foreign students in the breakfast area and individuals were forced to sit in the conference room. I believe the student group should have had a setup in the conference room. I thought the restaurant in the evening would be in a different room. It was not as appealing from what I would expect for the cost.

Rooms clean and beds comfortable with great air conditioning... The male concierge who checked us in was brilliant. My issue was with the one elevator and the room was small with the furniture and big bed which made it tricky to navigate, especially at night when going to the bathroom. It was also disappointing we weren't able to eat st the restaurants. I would give it another try and book a different room and check elevator.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were lovely. Location was excellent! A really nice hotel. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars is that there is construction going on that is very loud, wasn’t advised prior to booking. Staff came to give ear plugs but we could barely hear each other talking.

This place is gorgeous old world charm with large rooms and antique furniture. Terrific location. So glad we found this gem. We’ll mark this as a favourite.

The location, the extremely friendly helpful staff! We were given an upgrade to a loft suite, a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay here again

This stay was well worth my money. The hotel staff, the overall cleanliness, even the engaging bar staff in the hotel's restaurant were the picture of hospitality. By far my favorite hotel stay so far in my life. The location is awesome if you're looking to see as much of Brisbane as possible. Staying here made my trip so seamless, they made being thousands of miles away from home that much easier. I am grateful I chose Hyatt Regency Brisbane! Will definitely choose them again.

We arrived really late (1.00am) because we were on a late flight. Th gentleman at reception Could not have been more helpful. Took our backs up to the room, even though there were no other staff around. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast choices in the La Boca restaurant were superb.
