Convenient location for Eurostar and access to centre but immediate area run down and walk ways hazardous due to construction. Room was very comfortable and quiet.

All was good, except for WiFi, though they had WiFi, they didn’t have secure WiFi acceptable to corporate VPN policies. Hence the only option was to connect to Ethernet when I needed to connect to work VPN. Staff was courteous and friendly, clean room and good location.

Clean but a little tired

The hotel and staff were truly outstanding

On arrival I was upgraded which was amazing. All the hotel staff were pleasant, friendly and interactive with you. The room was lovely, huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. The breakfast was more than adequate and included, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, sliced fried potatoes, sauces. Fresh fruit juices, yogurt with numerous toppings. Bread selection, smoked salmon, ham, turkey, cheeses, spread cheese, fresh cottage cheese, salad selections, olives etc, fresh fruit, and an amazing coffee machine, oh and pastries. Plus the biggest selection of jams, marmalade, honey, nut spreads etc. Had a very enjoyable stay. We were central in the city and a fair walk to the Grand Place but I would recommend this hotel. Very close to bus links, tram links and the Metro.

Situated in a convenient location to many sites of interest. Staff were welcoming, rooms had all the necessary amenities one would need during their stay for comfort and the highlight for me was their extensive breakfast buffet range in a cosy table setting. I would highly recommend The Hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their time here in Brussels.

Close to transit, the Square, shopping, and restaurants. Room was great.
