The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were super clean, warm and comfortable. The location is ideal and the staff were super friendly. Rob at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend!

the hotel is what you expect from a Yotel , small but great room, everything in top condition, restaurant staff very good. only negative is hotel is in a urban renewal part of the city , therefore nothing around it besides a great bakery across the road.

The hotel lobby and bar area are welcoming and beautiful. My guest room, although small, had all of the necessary features. I loved the Zenology toiletries and having a Nespresso coffee machine in my room. The location is central to all of the districts of Amsterdam, and an easy 10-20 minute walk to attractions such as Dam Square and the Anne Frank House. Initially, there was minimal heat in my guest room which I reported on day 1 of my stay. Management offered a portable heater which I used until the problem was resolved on day 3. Also, the shower and toilet area of the Classic guest room are quite narrow. I would recommend a room with a larger bathroom for guests who need more space.

The location is good. The staff is very helpful. We enjoying stay here.

It was okay. Not much of amenities, safe box was not functioning in our room, we were not moved to a different room but was offered to put the items in a common safe box which was a hassle everyday. Housekeeping was also not that great. Overall, its convenient for daily travel to central station but amenities were not that great for the price

Great stay. The King suites are large.

Perfectly placed in the most perfect of cities! Quite gothic, and definitely not the 'normal' and 'corporate' of interiors adds to the charm. Staff were well annoying at check in - we got there seven minutes early and they wouldn't check us in then whilst standing waiting they checked in two other rooms... Apart from that that staff were lovely!!
