If you’re smart about traveling, this place is a great pick. Way better than the crowded tourist 'hotels' that cost twice as much. As most places in zones 1-2, the place is easy to get to by bus.

The gym needs a pull-up bar.

Only complaint was that the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Wall/door not properly sealed. Had to ask for extra towels to dry it up. Other than that very nice place

Great location, Clean, comfortable size room

The Maldron hotel in Finsbury Park is right by the underground, making it an affordable London stay with easy access to everywhere. The staff and the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. London is busy and Finsbury Park is a more congested area so we really appreciated the tranquillity of the Maldron hotel.

A great hotel and very good value and service. The room was spotless and though small, excellently designed. The hotel breakfast was delicious and excellent value too. The only flaws were the sub-par TV system which had no cable channels at all and the chromecast option no longer worked. Also the much vaunted pantry was just a glorified tea and coffee making facility. The only food were some old apples. That was at 5.30pm and remained like that until the following morning but even then the only additional food were some chocolate bars and some bite-sized pastries. When this hotel first opened the pantry was full of snacks at all times of the day. If the current owners have decided to scale things back they should no longer advertise this as a feature.

Indian gastro-pub on the main floor Breakfast was lite but complete (no eggs) After 1100p.m. Guests must use stairs. 10" walk to Edgeware underground station.

Good hotel in a great location

Grest communication and a helpful staff on the telephone. Self check in but no issues.

Basic studio room with kitchenette and washing machine; extremely reasonable price for a serviced room with these amenities. Clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park underground station; short ride to Leicester Square/Theatreland.

The noise from the outside road was quite loud and I had to cover the noise with White noise on my phone. Although there was a television, it was only functional through apps, no terrestrial TV.
