Older building. Clean. Comfy bed. Shower small old. Terrible on condiments in room, no milk in fridge, fridge dirty and over frosted freezer. Lift is quite slow. Good spot for transport and lite rail from town hall stop. Probably won’t stay again. There are better places , same price

This hotel location is worth anything you are paying. Hands down. Centrally located in Circular Quay, you could not be more centrally located. Excellent staff, great concierge and fast and prompt service when anything is requested. We upgraded for an option with a balcony harbor view and it was worth it 10X over. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful - well stocked with pans/plates, etc, but no extra spices or olive oils / small kitchen items included. We were delighted to find that our unit had a washer / dryer, with laundry detergent included. Our luggage got lost on our trip over and this access to clean our limited selection of clothes was a life-saver. The only negative comment I can offer is that the gym was dated. It was clean, and beautifully located, but the treadmills were extremely outdated. There were only 2 treadmills, one was out of order and the other one was so aged that it didn’t have very much absorption. If you don’t care about treadmills, this isn’t a problem, but if you like to run when traveling (particularly inside, which I need to do because I often need to run when it’s dark, so as a female I want to run in a safe environment), these treadmills are though. The rest of the gym was well equipped and fine and offered some great options. We loved this place and would stay here again. We will recommend to anyone we know traveling to Sydney.

Great location! Walkable to tons of dining options and the beach is right there! I was hoping it was more of an ocean view but it’s obstructed by a huge building in front. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need! Beds are super comfortable! Pillows not so much. It’s also super loud when it’s windy and not really ideal to be on the balcony when the weather isn’t great. The master bedroom balcony door is locked and unable to open yet the balcony door in the spare room where our kids slept, was able to open. We did not like that. Overall good location and would stay again!

Exceptional hotel true 5 star service, this hotel has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Easy walking distance to Surfers Paradise centre and beach patrol right out the front.

We stayed for 2 nights as mini staycation with my kids before returning to school. Staff were lovely from check in to check out. Room was average for a 5 stars, scratches on the cupboard and the cleanness was not as great, stains on the headboard and dusty bedside tables, did mention it but no follow up, luckily we spent most time out. Very convenient location to Circular Quay it was close. Last night there was not great due inconsiderate manners of others next to our room with their indecency of a noise. Overall it was okay experience and below expectation off a 5 stars property.
