The room was very clean and the hotel, in general, was very good. They were very accommodating when I requested an extra bed for my son. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely, lovely venue. With only six suites they provide a personal level of service that is outstanding. The charming older building is well maintained and nicely furnished, with high ceilings an outdoor terrace overlooking the river. An excellent breakfast is included. One advisory - there is no elevator. Narrow circular stairs. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in the Bairro Alto district. It is a picturesque and vibrant neighborhood, easy walking distance to the central shopping district, but much less crowded. The hotel is set in a beautifully renovated 19th century building. The service is wonderful; the staff is professional, but very warm and helpful. This is now my hotel of choice in Lisbon.

Excellent and thoughtful staff, remembered my name and recommended great restaurants in the city, Offered to carry my luggage etc. loved the mid century modern design of the hotel. Spa and was quiet and lovely to spend some time there.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Emerald House Lisbon. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport even if public transportation was used.The staff was welcoming and my room was ready and I was allowed an earlier checkin time. The lobby was cute and ultra clean and beautifully decorated. My room was beautifully done and there was a lot of attention paid with the decor. Bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was good and the dining staff was very attentive. The staff were great and very informative with any questions. An extra thanks to Renata at the front desk for all the detailed information she shared with us. The hotel qas beautiful and the decor truly live up to "The Curio Collection" theme. Transportation was just outside the hotel wahich was easy and convenient. I look forward to stay there again on another visit and would totally reccomend this hotel.

I LOVED the room. It was conveniently located to the elevator/stairs, and city shopping, had a beautiful motif with relaxing colours, and is located near local shopping. The staff was diverse, friendly, and professional.
