😊 — Beach Villas at Ko Olina really is a special place. It’s hard to beat that combination of: • peaceful, resort-style villas • easy walk to shops and restaurants • a safe, secure environment • and having both a beautiful pool and beach right there Ko Olina in general has that relaxed, upscale vibe that makes family trips feel effortless. Noisy rooms, dated property, crappy restaurants and “bakery” with machine made coffee drinks, too busy for available space and amenities, all staff unfriendly (except housekeeper who was friendly), lines everywhere, including starting at 6am to get chairs. Overall not at all what we expected from a “resort.” If coming to Waikiki, keep looking for a different property.

Breakfast buffet very overpriced

It started out with not having any room service for the first five days of our vacation. Then there was a $40 a day amenity fee to which they’re really are no amenities at this hotel as the pool is very small, the hot tub maybe accommodates three people and the gym is extremely small and as basic as it could be so to be, there’s nothing here that would ever justify charging an amenity fee. These are things that every hotel has and should provide with their daily room rate. The management team did address my concerns after a second discussion as we were still having issues with housekeeping and issued a half refund for the amenity fees. Parking charges were extremely high at over $45 for a night and there are no meal options, such as a continental breakfast however there are multiple restaurants nearby.

This was an amazing stay! There were shops surrounding the hotel and daily activities going on. The views were amazing as well as the staff.

We love this hotel but they are under construction which limits the usual amenities in the lobby areas. Staff is top notch! Great location.

Staff was very friendly

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Nice pool and hot tub! Staff was great!
