Very helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond - eg they offered to store my bag while we did a trip to the islands in the middle of our hotel stay. Renovations underway that didn’t affect our visit. Bistro had great food and drinks.

A nice hotel. Don't understand what the other reviewers were complaining about. The rooms are nice and have a small balcony. Not a huge room, but as good as they come in Athens. Breakfast was simple, but decent. The room has AC, a must in the summer. Location is nice, as close to a place called Bread Factory. Best desserts there. A decent place to stay. One can take the bus to the main square. We walked in the evening and took the bus when it was hot.

I had rung Expedia to cancel as had double booked and could not find this reservation I spoke with someone who said the room was cancelled due to the double booking . Now I receive emails as if I’ve stayed in the hotel ? Seriously!

Amazing stay and great service. Nice and great size of room and shower room. Kid-friendly play room. Great selection at breakfast. Water dispenser every floor. Welcome drinks upon check-in.

Immaculately presented and wonderful staff, especially George from reception who made it his personal goal to solve a technical issue for me which was above and way beyond anything I have ever experienced from any hotel staff anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also in an excellent location in Athens

Room was clean and staff were helpful! Very simple hotel comparable to a 3-4 star hotel in the USA. Air conditioning and shower had good pressure. Baggage was easy to store and housekeeping was as very kind. A person made our room special with extra water and a snack which was a very sweet surprise. Location is great for the acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Also short walk to shops in Plaka (touristy).

From the time we arrived entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and the view of the Acropolis and city was to die for. Everything was in walking distance from restaurants, shopping and sites. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Amazing place. Clean, friendly staff, easy access to the transportation. Highly recommended.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Great location, nice building, super comfortable bed. Only downside was no completely breakfast.
