Fantastic hotel for families. Great location and easy access to train station. Close to so many restaurants and Juno Bakery! Easy walk over to the harbour and new district. On hot days, go for a swim there as well!

A beautiful and well located hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms looked bigger in person.

This is a really nice hotel. The only issue for us was the room was very small and there was really no place to store any clothes. That would have been a real issue if we were staying more than one night.

WOW! Where to start. My wife and I traveled 45 countries on six continents, so far the two hotels which were the biggest disappointment were Foss Hotel in Iceland and Copenhagen Marriott Hotel. However, this is the only hotel in a history of our travel that we left the hotel restaurant after 25-30 minutes of waiting without anyone approaching us and asking us or offering anything. Most likely we left the restaurant unnoticed. There were four waitresses walking almost aimlessly through the restaurant picking up a glass from one table, offering a glass of whatever to the next, presenting a bill yet to a guest in another one. They were super slow, almost like watching a movie in a slow motion, but not one of them approached us for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Finally, we simply left the restaurant without anyone approaching us. No one offered even glass of water. Nice! There were other issues as well, for example, hotel offered no useable TV channels- zero entertainment. Literally. Toilet was not flashing properly, this was reported to the cleaning stuff, but never fixed. Four days of flashing 4-5 times at a time! In addition, used glasses were changed only once -the day of our departure, three days of using glasses with my wife’s lip gloss on them! Lastly location, location, location. Far enough not to be walkable to anywhere, but at least open bus stop was located right in front of the hotel. Zero attractions near by. Zero. I hope that you will stay elsewhere.

The staff brought us an extra chair to the room, so we could both sit without lounging on the bed. The service for morning coffee and breakfast was fast and delicious.

The location for us was perfect. Walkable to the city center and others part of the city.

Busy hostel, but pretty clean and tidy despite the amount of visitor traffic. Good location with a short walk to the central station. You will have to pay extra to have access to the kitchen and gym during your stay, and it costs extra to also use the washing machine, dryer and lockers to store your bags before/after check in.

Amazing location right in the heart of Copenhagen. Clean, friendly, and the perfect home base to explore such a beautiful city!

Shared bathrooms are gross, there’s no elevator so don’t think there is one you’ll be hooking it up five stairs or more.
