Can't understand the negative reviews. We had a lovely 5 nights here and ejoyed every minute. Location is really excellent . We honestly could not fault this hotel, it had everything we needed. We will be definitely going back.

Very quiet hotel in the heart of manhattan. Lovely rooms that were quite large by NYC standards. Bed was comfortable. Room well appointed. Could use more thoughtful lighting in areas where you unpack luggage, and lobby bar closure a little disappointing. However the breakfast was absolutely excellent and the evening appetizer and cocktail time a very nice addition to the stay. Definitely a hidden gem! Would for sure stay again.

The rooms are small, didn’t feel overly modern. They don’t go out of their way - no water or any complimentary anything. The breakfast is a exceptional

Hotel is very nice great location and rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was nice and the room was nice too especially for the price as compared to other hotels nearby and location was amazing!! Just steps away from Times Square. The area feels very safe even at night. The staff was helpful and friendly, they stored our luggage for free on day of checkout so we could walk around NYC a bit more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wow, I stayed at the property for a conference but I can’t wait to go back for personal travel. Absolutely beautiful and so luxurious.

As soon as you entered the hotel, you were greeted by the smell of cleanliness. The staff were super nice and helpful. I also loved that the hygiene products in the bathroom were Byredo as that is one of my favorite brands!

Rooms were very clean and well kept, staff was great.

Just an average hotel. Overpriced. Room was hot and muggy and I could not adjust thermostat to cool it. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Cleaniliness was a bit on the dirty side.

Friendly staff and willing to answer questions. Casino was laid out well and the games varied for interests of many. Enjoyed my stay and will return again.
