Nice central hotel but booked a Deluxe Single in order to get a coffee machine , to be told on arrival that although it had been confirmed they had re sold room, so i had a standard single , No coffee machine. Sounds silly but this hotel was booked as i rely on coffee ,so very disappointed indeed.

Clean room. Courteous staff. Great fitness facility.

Clean and spacious room. Enjoyed the rooftop lounge.

We had a problem with beds on the first night, however this did not spoil our stay! An amazing hotel...great architecture and design throughout. The round window was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've ever had and all served up in a beautiful rood-top restaurant. We loved the wine hour in the bar, such a sociable thing to do. Excellent stay from start to finish.

Friendly staff, great location, enjoyed the wine hour and breakfast but facilities could use a little sprucing up with fresh paint over scuffs and nicks in wall and showers fresh caulk as mildewy.

Great rooms, helpful staff and great views over Tivoli gardens.

The reception staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of fresh delicious options.

Hotel staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for you - particularly at breakfast. Lovely room. Spotless hotel.
